Miranda Kerr Skincare: Supermodel Takes 15 Minutes To Get Ready
Miranda Kerr is world’s second richest model who runs her own company. So she has to give much time to her skincare as well as accounts. Do you know how much time she takes to get ready?
It has been REVEALED that the former Victoria’s Secret Angel takes only 15 minutes to look as beautiful supermodel as she does when she walks out of the front door.
The 35-years old model believes — of-course everyone should — that water is one of the most effective anti-ageing tools around. Miranda drinks a glass of warm water with the juice of half an organic lemon each morning.
“I usually have very little time in the mornings, especially with a toddler, so with these simple skin and beauty steps I can get out the door in 15 minutes”, she wrote on her Kora Organics blog.
Miranda Kerr Beauty Secrets
Warm lemon water in the morning helps kick start the digestion process for the rest of the day, she wrote on her blog. It’s also a morning ritual that cleanses the system, boosts your immune system and balances pH levels because lemons are very alkalizing. They are also abundant in Vitamin C, which promotes healing and health.
Pre Shower – Dry Body Brushing
Dry body brushing is an integral part of my daily regime. It’s a great way to get the circulation going, remove dead skin cells, aid lymphatic drainage, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over.
She starts with her feet and legs and work her way up in quick gentle strokes. It needn’t be too time consuming and just takes a few minutes before jumping into the shower.
Miranda Kerr Hair & Make up
Miranda Kerr washes her hair in the evening so it can dry naturally overnight, then all she has to do in the morning is style it. At the moment she prefers a low braid or a high topknot, as they both require little time and effort but still look feminine and polished.
Tip: She also uses a hairbrush with a natural bristle as it promotes shine and is gentle on the scalp.
The brunette beauty applies KORA Organics Tinted Day Cream as a healthy alternative to foundation. It’s quick and easy to apply and has the perfect amount of coverage. It leaves my complexion radiant with an even tone.
Tip: Use your fingers to apply, as the warmth will help the formulation melt into your skin for a flawless finish.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel likes to define her lashes and groom her eyebrows because the eyes really frame the face. Then Miranda applies two to three coats of mascara.
To finish off her look, The Australian applies lip balm. To get a more natural look, or a tint or lipstick in a shade of red if she want to make more of a statement – the red also brightens her complexion instantly.
If she needs a little more coverage I sparingly use RMS concealer where required, according to her own words.
Tip: To really open up your eyes, use an eyelash curler before you apply your mascara.
Out the door With a Green Juice
Green cold pressed juices are packed with live, whole ingredients so it’s an instant health hit to the blood stream.
The chlorophyll contained in cold pressed green juices can help keep your blood healthy and are very oxygenating. Green juices are high in vitamins and minerals making them great contributors to clear skin and bright eyes.
Yoga and Pilates
“It’s a combination of either yoga, pilates, resistance training or something with my son such as hiking or riding our bikes”, she told MailOnline. “I also like jumping on the little mini trampolines too; it’s a really good way to stimulate the lymphatic system and it lifts your moods.”
Miranda Kerr Wedding Dress
How can this article be complete without talking about the stunning and gorgeous Miranda Kerr wedding dress. The full-skirted satin gown appliquéd with flowers was designed by Dior’s newly-appointed Maria Grazia Chiuri.
She wed the billionaire Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel in an intimate ceremony. They were joined by 45 or so friends and family for one of the world’s most recognizable models.
The KORA Organics founder also revealed that she cried when she recited her vows – and that both her mother and grandmother cried when they saw her in her wedding gown. “I think it’s every girl’s dream to have Dior design her wedding dress”, Kerr told Vogue about her dress. It was exact replice with updates of the iconic and timeless gown worn by Grace Kelly at her wedding to Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956.
“Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful wedding dress,” Miranda said. “When I was young my grandmother told me, ‘Miranda, men are very visual. It’s important to look good.’ I was like, ‘Ok, Nan.'”
Australian model has a four-year-old son, Flynn, with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom, whom she married from 2010–2013.
